My gp at lensfield is really understanding. He managed my referal to the GIC and checks up on me every month about my mental wellbeing. It’s an experience I have never had from a gp before. I don’t want to ever leave this practise because of them.

My GP at Lensfield was happy to make a GIC referral and handled it in a friendly way. I also managed to obtain blood tests for DIY HRT at this practice - I framed it in terms of being concerned about my overall hormonal health and they were very keen to reinforce that monitoring my T level lay outside their remit as a practice, but they did do it.

Came to this GP already established on HRT with a shared-care including prescribing with a private GIC. They have always been helpful and on top of my required monitoring - including issuing reminders. No problem with prescribing. Have been affirming and helpful with no issues.
