About this website
This website is a Trans Liberation Cambridge (TLC) project. We're a grassroots organisation of transgender people in Cambridge and surrounding areas who have created this site to track the quality of transgender healthcare across Cambridgeshire. We welcome feedback from transgender folks about their experiences with accessing transgender healthcare from NHS GP surgeries. We publish this feedback on this site so that other people seeking similar care can find out which GP is most likely to provide them with what they want.
This service is provided for free by volunteers. We are a small team, so please be patient if you have ideas or questions.

Principles
We believe in the following principles:
- Everyone deserves free access to the healthcare they need. Transgender people should not be an exception.
- We should help guide each other to places where we can access the healthcare we need. This website aims to provide a means to do this.
- Access to the information on this site should be free. We operate with minimal costs, which are covered by anonymous donors.
Our ethos in the application of technology to this problem:
- Our website should be easy for anyone to access, and we are responsible for making it highly accessible. If we can improve the site accessibility, let us know! (We know there is work to do here. We would especially appreciate feedback from screen-reader users, and people with reduced vision.)
- We take security seriously, and strive to minimise the possiblity of a data breach. Found a security issue? Let us know!
- We will never ask for your name or address. Your reports are anonymous.
- We don't store more information than we need, so that in the unlikely event of a data breach, the effects are minimal.
- You can request that we delete data you have provided to us at any time.
- We are not interested in tracking your web browsing, or enabling other websites to track your use of this website. This means we don't have an annoying cookie popup! yay!
Your Personal Data (subject access requests, and deletion requests)
We take privacy especially seriously. We do not track your browsing activity from other websites and we do not set any cookies that would enable other sites to track your activity on this website. We will never share your IP Address, User Agent string, or any other technical information with any third party, nor any reports you submit. Only our moderators have access to this information.
If you would like to make a subject access request, or a deletion request, you can do that instantly by using the unique ID you were given when you submitted a report.
