I was asked to attend the surgery re: my shared care for hrt ([person 1] booked this appointment) and the locum I then saw didn't know anything about why I was there and told me they don't do shared care - so they went to get [person 1], who was a bit condescending but told me they'd make an exception for me and sorry for the mix up.
It is now almost 2 months later and my private clinic have not received anything because the surgery haven't sent them anything. I went in to tell them which email address to use and have just been told that [person 2] rejected my notes because "they don't do shared care for anything other than ADHD"!
They don't communicate internally at all.Notes from the moderator...

Will agree to do shared care for hrt with a private practice but only on a case by case basis - I started T in January 2025 with GenderCare and now in October they are agreeing to shared care. Allegedly they've had a lot of board meetings but I was not involved in or invited to any of these to advocate for my treatment. Anything vaguely mental health related or complex gets handed to [...] so expect to see [them].
